Eyore requires a valid license to be installed on your computer in order to access all the features of the latest versions.

Obtaining The License File

When you purchase Eyore versions 1.0 or higher, you will be sent a license file by email upon purchase or registration of your product.

Installing & Activating The License

1. Save the license.bin file to your desktop.
2. Start Eyore
3. Click on the settings tab.
4. Enter your email address into the email box. The email address must match the address where you received your license.bin file. The email address is NOT case sensitive. For example: "myname@aol.com" not "myname" or "myname@aol".
5. Drag the license.bin file onto the license box and "drop" it there.
   • You can manually save your license.bin file by copying it to the Eyore installation directory, normally: C:\Program Files\Cyber Sprocket Labs\Eyore

Inactive/Invalid Licenses

If the settings match the encrypted contents of the license.bin file, the email and product ID fields will turn green. The "record" button on the main Fees Tab will also be activated.

If you do not have a valid license, some basic features will still be enabled. You will be prompted to visit http://www.cybersprocket.com to purchase a license depending on what you try to do with the software.

Manually Install License

Unfortunately, some systems will not allow the "drag and drop" feature.

You can manually save your license.bin file by copying it to the Eyore installation directory, normally: C:\Program Files\Cyber Sprocket Labs\Eyore

If you have purchased a license but can not get it to work please email us at info@cybersprocket.com. If possible please forward your original purchase confirmation email including the license file that was attached.
