About The Project

The Community Fun and Fitness Website Presence is a project that Cyber Sprocket has undertaken as a charitable contribution for the good of the community. Cyber Sprocket is providing web hosting, design services, and technical consulting at no charge to Odessa Martial Arts, founders of Community Fun & Fitness (CFF).

Stage 1: Website Presence with CMS

The first part of the project involves creating a website presence.

Cyber Sprocket will be using our proprietary Content Management System to build the site, allowing Community Fun and Fitness to manage their own content. We will also be designing the theme of the site, selecting colors and provding graphics that reflect the style that the owners of the business wish to present to the public.

Website Objectives

Target grant providers.

Website should highlight:

• current state of the building in need of repair
• details on current needs for finance, staffing, materials, etc.
• easy way to provide grant funding
  • details on CFF info such as legal address, 501-C-3 details, etc.
  • (note: any web links to verify a NPO status online? - 3rd party verification)

About Community Fun & Fitness

Our future organization aims to positively develop the mind, body, and spirit and to foster amateur sports competition. Our large community center will offer an array of classes and activities promoting mental and physical health. Our center will offer fitness programs, community service activities, diet and nutrition classes, support group meetings, and will host a donation-run meeting room to be utilized by scout troops and other similar organizations.

Community Fun and Fitness Provides

We will have fitness programs for everybody.

We offer:

• Fun toddler programs
• Senior fitness
• Rehabilitation exercise classes
• Martial art/self defense classes
• Dance classes for all ages
• and more…

Our center will stay actively involved in community service by hosting:

• environmental clean-ups
• food drives
• nature trips
• clothes and toy collections
• walk-a-thons
• food pantry service
• and other events...

Barbara Ferguson Memorial Scholarship Fund

We believe everyone should be offered the chance to benefit from these programs, all ages and all incomes. The ‘Barbara Ferguson Memorial Scholarship’ was created to help pay memberships for those in need of financial assistance.
