Why Use Eyore?

You would be surprised to find out how many THOUSANDS of people are listing items on eBay at a LOSS!

eBay counts on underpriced auction items to keep visitors coming to the site. Let’s face it, the reason most people come to eBay is to find the best bargain possible. Items that are sold at a loss are the best bargain you can find – and eBay counts on these listings to bring in traffic and revenue! eBay is using clueless sellers to fund their “loss leaders”. eBay always gets their fee whether you make money or not!

Have you ever wondered why eBay doesn’t provide a built in profit & loss calculator when you list your items. They go out of their way to make it difficult to figure out your cost when selling at their site. If they put ALL costs in plain sight, some people would never list an item. Even sellers that are not losing money would be surprised to learn how little profit they are making. Insertion fees, upgrade fees, payment fees, and success fees all add up. The typical small-time seller actually makes LESS profit on a sale than eBay does.

Don’t be one of the clueless sellers!
Know what it takes to sell every item at a profit!

eBay Doesn’t Want You To Have This

Try Eyore!

How do we know eBay doesn’t want you using tools like Eyore?

eBay has been de-listing our product every time we list it. Each time they pull our listing, we hear new and creative excuses as to why the listing is not valid. After mutliple terminated listings for obtuse reasons, we finally got someone at eBay to answer our request as to how to fix the listings. Here is what they said…

I have reviewed your listing titles and would suggest that you change your listing title to something like: “calculator to calculate paypal fees” as the item is not made by eBay or Paypal….

So we updated our listings according to their advice, and just a month later…

listing #5613849583 terminated: Calculator for eBay and Paypal Fees by cybersprocketlabs
“Your listing(s) contains the following information…In Title: …. Ebay and Paypal “

According to eBay, you can not use the word eBay AND Paypal in a title together. So we changed the wording.

listing #5613888735 terminated: Fee Calculator for Ebay Fees – What Are You Earning?
“Your listing(s) contains the following information…In Title: …. Ebay”

According to eBay, you can not use the word eBay in a title of a product. Yet there are over 7,000 listings on eBay on an average day that contain the word “eBay” in the title. However when reporting any of these other 7,000 listings, eBay allows those auctions to remain online.

Finally after dozens of terminated listings, we realized the truth behind the matter. eBay just doesn’t want a tool on their site that allows sellers to know how much of their profits end up going into the eBay coffers!
