We're looking for someone to take care of basic office functions like answering phones and keeping records organized. Our ideal applicant is an active, independently motivated problem solver who looks for opportunities to optimize our production cycle. The goal of this position is to make the developers as efficient as possible by doing basic tasks like picking up lunch, scheduling meetings, and running miscellaneous errands. Our administrative assistant must be prepared to take on whatever task is needed, whether it's purchasing equipment or cleaning the office.

This position requires a candidate that understands the nature of the web as a media for design and marketing. As with print and other forms of graphic design, working with user interfaces and websites has its own sets of rules and theories which must be employed properly to be effective for conveying information. Ideal applicants will have experience designing websites and UI professionally, some experience with HTML and CSS, and will be familiar with Adobe Flash. As with our developers, Cyber Sprocket designers should be enthusiastic and interested in their field.

We accept developers of all experience levels, utilizing the abilities of the advanced to facilitate the growth of new recruits. The first requirement to becoming a Cyber Sprocket developer is enthusiasm and interest in the science and art of programming for all platforms. Programming languages that we work with regularly or that may influence your selection: Perl, PHP, Visual Basic, C#, C++, Python, Ruby, and Java.
